1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and CB777 ("CB777", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services provided through the CB777 website, mobile interface, and related applications.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on CB777, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the CB777 platform.

CB777 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of CB777 after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use CB777. We take our responsibility regarding underage gambling seriously. CB777 conducts age verification checks as part of the registration and KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed, and any funds in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. CB777 may also report such instances to relevant authorities where required.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

CB777 accepts registrations from players in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using CB777 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. CB777 does not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. Providing false information about your location to circumvent geographic restrictions is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account at CB777, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must create a unique username and a strong password for your account. Each person is permitted to register and maintain only one CB777 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using a third party's details — is prohibited.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CB777 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. CB777 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify CB777 support immediately.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

CB777 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and at other points during the account lifecycle. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process requires you to submit copies of valid identity documents, proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, and recent utility bills or bank statements. CB777 will process submitted documents within 24 hours in most cases.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

CB777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the account holder has breached these Terms; fraud, collusion, or manipulation is suspected; the account holder has provided false information; or where required by applicable law or regulation. In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, CB777 may withhold funds pending investigation.

3.3 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your CB777 account at any time by contacting our support team. If you close your account voluntarily, any balance remaining after the settlement of open bets will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

4 Deposits

CB777 accepts deposits in PKR only via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All deposits are subject to a minimum of Rs 200 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page.

Deposits to CB777 are processed instantly for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). IBFT and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on bank processing times. CB777 does not charge fees on deposits, but your bank or wallet provider may apply its own charges — CB777 has no control over third-party fees.

CB777 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party account, CB777 reserves the right to void any bets placed using those funds and return the original deposit amount to its source.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

CB777 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. These general bonus terms apply to all CB777 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds at CB777 are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 20× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Bets placed using bonus funds typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements for eligible casino games; contributions from other game types may be lower and are stated on the promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility and Abuse

CB777 welcomes players who genuinely wish to use bonuses as part of their gaming experience. However, CB777 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if we have reasonable grounds to believe a bonus is being abused. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; placing bets that minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements; and participating in coordinated bonus abuse with other players.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All CB777 bonuses have an expiry period, stated on the relevant promotion page. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not converted to withdrawable cash within the expiry period will be removed from your account automatically.

6 Withdrawals

CB777 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of the request being submitted. NayaPay and SadaPay follow a similar timeframe. IBFT bank transfer withdrawals typically settle within 1–2 banking hours. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.

The minimum withdrawal amount at CB777 is Rs 500. There is no fee charged by CB777 on withdrawals, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges. Withdrawals will normally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money laundering best practice.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before CB777 will process a withdrawal request:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• Any deposit made by card must be retained on the account for a minimum of one round trip (deposit and withdrawal to the same card) before alternative withdrawal methods are offered.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been met in full.
• Your account must be in good standing with no outstanding security reviews.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

7 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on CB777 are subject to CB777's Betting Rules, which are available in full on the platform. The following general rules apply to all bet types unless the specific sport or market rules state otherwise.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

CB777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion. Bets are only accepted once confirmed by the CB777 system and a bet reference number is issued. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, CB777 reserves the right to void the affected bet. Bets placed after the official start of an event using pre-match odds are void regardless of the outcome, unless CB777's in-play market was open and the bet was accepted as an in-play wager.

7.2 Settlement

CB777 settles sports bets using official results from recognised governing bodies. For cricket, official results are sourced from the ECB, ICC, PCB, and relevant domestic cricket boards. Bets are settled as quickly as possible after the relevant event concludes. In cases of disputed results, CB777 will await official confirmation before settling the affected market.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by CB777 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play; the market was opened with an obvious pricing error; the event result is officially overturned after initial settlement; or the bet was placed using exploited odds resulting from a technical fault. Where a bet in a multiple is voided, the multiple is recalculated excluding the void leg.

7.4 PSL and Cricket Betting

CB777 covers all PSL and Pakistan international matches with pre-match and in-play markets. Cricket betting rules follow ICC standard regulations for match outcomes. In the event of a rain interruption or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result, CB777 will settle markets on the official DLS result if the minimum over threshold has been met. Matches that do not reach the minimum over threshold are declared void and all stakes are returned.

8 Casino Games

CB777's casino games — including live dealer tables, slot machines, RNG table games, and specialty games — are provided by licensed third-party game providers. All games are tested by independent auditing bodies to verify their fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and verified.

Malfunctions in casino games at CB777 void all pays and play. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the game outcome will be determined by the game's standard rules in the absence of a player decision. CB777 is not responsible for disconnections caused by the player's own internet connection or device.

CB777 reserves the right to suspend any casino game at any time for maintenance, investigation, or compliance reasons. Where a game suspension directly affects an in-progress game, CB777 will endeavour to complete the game round or void the relevant bets and return stakes where completion is not possible.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CB777 and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account at CB777, whether in your own name or using another person's details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with CB777's platform or games.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any CB777 game or market.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds through payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Using CB777 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in any manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

13 Limitation of Liability

CB777 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CB777 excludes all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CB777 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or that any defects will be corrected.

CB777's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim. CB777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.

14 Amendments to These Terms

CB777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, CB777 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify registered players by email or through a prominent on-platform notice. Your continued use of CB777 following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, your only remedy is to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which CB777 holds its operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through CB777's complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated under CB777's licence conditions. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Pakistan.
